Radio Academy Festival Animation

For the second year running our video production team had the honour of producing the opening animation for the Radio Academy’s Radio Festival 2010, held in Manchester. The radio academy team wanted a highly bespoke video showcasing the highlights of the radio world. We worked with various national radio stations, bringing together a highly engaging film that wowed the great and the good of the radio world!

Mansfield Music Festival

This is the video highlights on the 12 hour ‘Mansfield Music Festival’ in aid of the fantastic charity, Children’s Brain Tumour Events. The festival saw the likes of some very famous faces! Check out the film our video production team made and see if you can spot them! Here’s a clue, X factor and Star Wars!

This video is used by the charity to highlight the variety of successful fund raising activities they get involved with.

Brunts School Film

The Brunts School in Mansfield used our video production services to create three films about different aspects of education at the school. Our expert team worked carefully during school hours to capture real a flavour of life at Brunts.

This video is used by the school to encourage new pupils to move up to the specialist performing arts college

Hotshot Challenge Video

Fit4Football is a fantastic sports organisation that takes penalty shooting to a whole new fund raising level with the Hotshot Challenge! A sponsored penalty taking event!

Our video production team was tasked with producing a DVD which explains how the Hot Shot Challenge works in a fun and creative way for kids to watch, enjoy and most importantly understand whats taking place.

The Fit4Football team use the video as a comunication tool to assemblies of school children across the region

Womens Work Charity Video

A film with a difference, the video below is a short edit of a larger video production created for Derby based charity, Women’s Work. They support local street sex workers and vulnerable women with advice and help in a range of subjects.

The A Star Media team filmed interviews with numerous service users, who’s identities had to be kept secret, as well as joining the the charities outreach team out on the streets late at night in Derby.

The video is used on the Womens Work website, as part of their AGM and used in funding bid presentations.
